Product Specialist

Bel Stewart Connector,
a division of Bel Fuse Inc. and a manufacturer of high speed electronic
data transmission interconnect devices, headquartered in Glen Rock, PA
is seeking a person to fill the new position of Product Specialist in
the Sales and Marketing Department of our Northern California office
located in Pleasanton, CA.
This is a technical position within Sales and Marketing. You will
provide customers, Customer Service Reps, and Sales Reps with product
and technical support. You will also process sales requests for
engineering development and assure all request are responded to in a
timely manner.
Some of your responsibilities will include: communicating with the
customer to determine the appropriate product for their application;
provide product training to our customers and field reps; and supporting
the Product Managers by providing the appropriate customer request
inputs, data analysis and summaries, and helping to develop sales
literature and product introduction packages.
Qualifications include a degree in Electrical (preferred) or Mechanical
Engineering and 1-3 years experience in either Technical Marketing, or
Account Management, Sales, or Customer Service, a willingness and
ability to travel domestically and internationally (in the future), a
strong work ethic, excellent computer and organizational skills, and an
outgoing, professional personality.
