Products has over 50 years of in-house manufacturing experience in
the production of electrical interconnect products and is ISO 9001
certified. This includes in-house tooling, progressive metal
stamping, injection molding, and assembly. These capabilities, in
conjunction with design services, offer a complete turnkey service
for Application Specific Connector Solutions. In addition to custom
connector solutions, Methode Connector Products’ offerings
include:
External Sub-Assemblies:
PC Card and Compact Flash family of frame kits, receptacles, I/O
headers and cables.
Wire-to-Board:
0.100" and 0.156" pitch IDC and crimp receptacles and
mating board headers (0.025" & 0.045" square or
round), custom wire harness assemblies, and wire trap connectors.
Board-to-Board:
1mm, 0.050", 2mm, 0.100", & 0.156" pitch post/box
and bellows style receptacles and mating headers, card edge
connectors, and solderless compression connectors.
Device Interconnects:
PLCC, PGA, and BGA semiconductor sockets. 0.100" and 2mm
shunts.
