for use in high reliability connector designs intended for medical,
industrial, military/aerospace and instrumentation applications.
Hyperboloid pin and socket contacts have long been known for providing an
attractive combination of low insertion/extraction forces, resistance to
vibration and high cycle life. integraMate®’s patented hyperboloid contact
design adds enhanced protection from mating damage and a much smaller
diameter form factor, making it possible for very high density connector
designs. integraMate® contacts are now available for signal and power
applications up to 12 Amps.
QA tightly controls the entire product process, from initial design concept
to final assembly, including designing and building in-house our own
automated production equipment. Our family of assembly machines provide the
cost effective benefits of modern high speed automation, as well as the
design flexibility required by today’s connectors. In addition, our
automated equipment typically allows us to ship within 24-48 hours.
